Artist's Description
I like to call this little guy Rocky, named after a famous eastern fox squirrel that ruled over the smaller grey squirrels where I went to University. He did not run away and changed poses for me as he ate a black walnut. Probably one of the easiest photo subjects I've ever had. I found him hanging out on a picnic table at an Ohio State Park. Squirrels are definitely some wildlife you will see in Ohio and not just at parks.

It is my aim and desire through photography to bring glory to God. The journey that brought me here started with a Canon AE-1, my first "real" camera. Prior to that I was using instamatics from Kodak and any other camera I was able to get my hands on. I had taken the AE-1 from my Dad after seeing some pictures he had taken. My parents encouraged this new hobby by enrolling me, while I was still in High School, in a college photography course. That Christmas they bought me a new Canon AE-1P, this time it was programmable! This led to majoring in photography at Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
