Artist's Description
The trip to see this beautiful view of the Alps surrounding this valley of fields in Fronalpstock, Switzerland is quite an adventure. It starts at Stoos - Muotatal Tourism, where you step onto the steepest funicular railway in the world leading you to Stoos, an absolutely beautiful village in a picturesque valley. Then you walk through the village to the Klingenstock Sesselbahn Talstation, where you hop on a ski lift taking you towards Fronalpstock. Midway, you disembark to hop on another ski lift, which brings you to the top. Another option is to hike all the way. My hope is to return someday and spend a lot longer discovering more and hiking down.

It is my aim and desire through photography to bring glory to God. The journey that brought me here started with a Canon AE-1, my first "real" camera. Prior to that I was using instamatics from Kodak and any other camera I was able to get my hands on. I had taken the AE-1 from my Dad after seeing some pictures he had taken. My parents encouraged this new hobby by enrolling me, while I was still in High School, in a college photography course. That Christmas they bought me a new Canon AE-1P, this time it was programmable! This led to majoring in photography at Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
