This Sky and Landscape Photograph was taken at Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge, "ONWR", in Oak Harbor, OH. This is one of my favorite places to photograph in Ohio. I'll be uploading more from here in the future. Bald Eagles, Hawks, Swans, Egrets, and so many more birds as well as wild animals can be seen here. Plus it has a wildlife drive, which is where I took this photo. Check online if you want to visit as the drive is not always open. Yet more proof that Ohio is a great place to live and visit!
It is my aim and desire through photography to bring glory to God. The journey that brought me here started with a Canon AE-1, my first "real" camera. Prior to that I was using instamatics from Kodak and any other camera I was able to get my hands on. I had taken the AE-1 from my Dad after seeing some pictures he had taken. My parents encouraged this new hobby by enrolling me, while I was still in High School, in a college photography course. That Christmas they bought me a new Canon AE-1P, this time it was programmable! This led to majoring in photography at Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
